Carla. I am sorry you have not received the back brace yet. Your parcel left our facility on the 25th and is currently in Edmonton. Canada Post gives a range of 1-11 days for delivery and unfortunately it looks like your are receiving it on the tail end of that range. Spinal support

Had an spinal implant operation for L4/L5 spinal fix. Using your back brace for support during recovery. Excellent results. Would not be near as mobile and energetic without it. I Highly recommend this product. Brian calder.
